Delivery Fleet Graphics Built Around
Routes, Rollouts & Recognition
Create one recognizable system across cargo vans, step vans, box trucks, refrigerated vehicles, tractors, and trailers. We plan vehicle-specific graphics, controlled production batches, and staggered installation around the operating schedule you provide.
Make Every Vehicle Read as Part of the Same Operation
Delivery vehicles appear at customer doors, loading areas, distribution centers, and on repeated neighborhood routes. Consistent fleet graphics help connect those touchpoints to one operator while giving each vehicle type a layout that fits its doors, equipment, and viewing conditions.
Partner-program artwork, carrier information, unit data, and operating identifiers should enter the process as owner-supplied, current source files. Hawk Wraps can adapt and place approved content, but the operator and any relevant brand partner remain responsible for final authorization and regulatory review.
For larger fleets, a pilot vehicle, documented color targets, master production files, and a realistic intake sequence create a more repeatable rollout. Capacity and timing are confirmed after we review vehicle count, condition, variants, location, and release windows.
Delivery & Logistics Fleet Vehicles
From last-mile cargo vans to 53-foot trailers — every common delivery and logistics fleet vehicle, wrapped to spec.
Cargo Vans for Last-Mile Fleets
Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter, Chevy Express, Nissan NV, and similar vans used by delivery and courier operators.
Step Vans & Walk-Ins
Morgan Olson, Utilimaster, Workhorse, and other step vans used by parcel, contractor, and last-mile networks.
Box Trucks (16ft–26ft)
Mid-mile delivery, distribution-to-route, food distribution. The biggest mobile billboards in your fleet — visible from highway distance.
Tractor Trailers (Long-Haul / OTR)
Regional and OTR carriers from NJ/NYC/PA hubs. 53ft dry van trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds.
Specialty Delivery Vehicles
Refrigerated cargo vans for food delivery, climate-controlled medical courier vans, specialty cutaways for last-mile freight.
Trailer-Only Wraps
For owner-operators running their own tractor with a leased trailer, or for fleets adding trailer assets without rebranding the tractor.
What Goes on a Delivery Fleet Wrap
Delivery and logistics wraps have specific elements driven by both branding and federal compliance. Here's what we include and where it goes.
1DSP Partner Logo (Amazon, FedEx, UPS)
Per partner spec — usually side panel center. Amazon's brand guide dictates exact Pantone match, logo size, and clear-space rules. We've passed hundreds of these on first review.
2Your Independent Brand Identity
Door panel or secondary panel placement. The independent contractor mark earns you customer recognition outside the DSP relationship and supports future independent growth.
3USDOT Number
Federal compliance for interstate operations or vehicles over 10,001 GVWR. Driver side door, regulation-sized 2" minimum, contrast color, readable from 50 feet.
4MC (Motor Carrier) Number
Required for for-hire operations transporting passengers or regulated freight in interstate commerce. Displayed alongside the USDOT number.
5GVWR Markings
Required on vehicles over 10,001 lbs GVWR — most box trucks, step vans, larger commercial. Lower side panel in regulation-sized lettering.
6Phone / Website
Customer contact + sales lead generation. Usually rear door or rear quarter panel — the panel the next driver behind you on the highway reads for the entire commute.
7Vehicle / Fleet ID Number
Fleet operations and dispatch tracking. Rear door or roof for aerial visibility. Many DSPs run their own fleet numbering scheme on top of any partner spec.

Operator-Supplied Authority, Unit & Fleet Information
Required vehicle information can vary with ownership, weight, cargo, routes, jurisdiction, and operating authority. We reserve clear zones for the content the operator provides and approves; Hawk Wraps does not determine which rules apply or certify regulatory compliance.

|---|---|---|
| USDOT Number | Interstate commerce OR vehicle over 10,001 GVWR OR for-hire carrier | Both sides, 2" min, contrast |

Why Delivery Fleets Invest in Consistent Graphics
Graphics Built for Routes, Hubs, and Fleet Roles

Last-Mile Fleet Launch
A vehicle roster, approved master layout, configuration notes, and batch plan can coordinate Transit and ProMaster vans while keeping unit-specific markings and access areas accurate.
Concept: roster-led batch production
Mixed Box-Truck Fleet
One visual system can scale across multiple box lengths and support vehicles, with proofs adapted to each body and installations phased around fleet availability.
Concept: mixed-body consistency
Urban Courier Fleet
A simple company-and-response hierarchy supports quick recognition in traffic, loading zones, and curbside stops without crowding the vehicle with secondary messages.
Concept: route-ready readability
Contracted Delivery Fleet
Customer-supplied brand standards and written approvals guide the artwork. The operator and brand owner remain responsible for final contractor-program acceptance.
Concept: approval-led branding
Refrigerated Delivery
The layout works around refrigeration equipment, vents, service doors, temperature controls, and high-use edges while keeping the food brand recognizable.
Concept: reefer-aware layoutFrom Quote to Wrapped Fleet
Discovery & Design
Initial call to understand fleet size, vehicle mix, brand requirements, compliance needs, and rollout timeline. Design team builds the wrap to spec including DSP brand compliance review if applicable. Week 1.
Pilot Vehicle
For fleets of 10+ vehicles, we wrap one pilot vehicle first. Validates the design, color matching, and install workflow before scaling. Customer reviews the finished pilot before we commit to full production. Week 2.
Batched Production
After the pilot is approved, vehicles move through the Linden production studio in scheduled batches. Batch size depends on vehicle mix, coverage, condition, and release windows, with color and placement checked against the approved system. Timing confirmed by scope.
Staggered Delivery
Vehicle drop-offs scheduled in waves so most of your fleet stays on the road. Send 2–4 vans per week based on route capacity; we return them within 1.5–2 days each. Final delivery with compliance documentation. Continuous.
